Refund policy
WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
In any of the following cases:
- I ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it.
- I received my order in poor condition.
In all cases, it is essential that the items to be exchanged or returned are in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return will be possible. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging so that the items reach Monveree in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.
The deadline to exchange or return an item is 20 days from the date of delivery of the order.

HOW MUCH DOES AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN COST?
Exchanges and returns are covered by the seller on the first incident. If a second issue arises on the part of the buyer, the cost will be borne by them.
If you wish to exchange a product for one of a different price, the difference will be refunded or charged via bank transfer.
